Claim your program's page
If you coach or work at one of the 208 programs listed here, the page about your program is yours to claim. It takes about two minutes, it costs nothing, and it never lets anyone — including us — bend what the page says.
Start the claim
Continue takes you to the claim form with your program filled in. Prefer email? Write to corrections@wrestlingcolleges.com from your school address and say which program.
What claiming gets you
- A "Claimed by the program" badge on your page, so families can see a coach stands behind the contact details and links.
- Direct correction rights. Send a fix and it goes in that week rather than waiting for our monthly re-check — roster counts, a new questionnaire link, a staff change, a wrong cost figure.
- A free Recruit Pass (the paid family tier: roster depth by weight, our opportunity and fit reads, the full question list, change alerts) on your account, so you can see exactly what recruits see.
- Change alerts for your program, so you find out when our data about you moves.
What claiming does not get you
- No control over the facts. Everything on the page comes from your official athletics site, the NCAA, or federal data, each with a dated source. You can correct what is wrong; you cannot remove what is right.
- No control over the assessments. Our opportunity, depth and fit reads are labelled as ours, derived from published roster and cost data, and a claim never changes them.
- No effect on inclusion or ordering. Every D2 and D3 men's program is listed whether or not anyone claims it, and lists are sorted by the data — never by who works with us. There is no paid placement on this site.
- No page removal. A directory that programs could opt out of would mislead the families using it. If a published email of yours should not be on the page, say so and we take that field off.
How we verify a claim
- You send the claim with your name, role and email.
- We check that address against the official staff directory for your athletics site. If it matches, that is the whole verification.
- If you would rather not use a school address, we ask your athletics office or SID for a one-line note confirming your role.
- We reply within 7 days, turn on the badge and the free Pass, and log the claim date.
Your name, email and role are stored privately and used only to follow up — they never appear on the site or in our public issue tracker. Privacy policy. 9 programs have claimed so far.
The one question we ask
The claim form asks whether a clearly labelled promotion slot for your camps and prospect days — on the site and in the monthly newsletter — would be worth roughly $150–300 a year to your program. We are asking because it decides whether we ever build it, and a "no" is as useful to us as a "yes". It is optional, it is not a sales pitch, and your answer has no effect on your page.
Questions coaches ask
Where did my email address come from?
Your athletics staff directory. We never guess or construct addresses, and every one we show has a dated official source recorded on the page. Ask and we will remove it.
Do you sell my contact details?
No. Coach contact information stays free and public on the page because families need it; it is not a mailing list, we do not sell it, and we do not resell the directory as a lead list.
Can I claim if I am an assistant, an SID or an AD?
Yes — say what your role is. One claim per program; if someone else at your school claimed first, tell us and we will sort it out.
What if the roster numbers are wrong?
They come from your published roster on the date shown. If the published roster is out of date, send the current one and we will re-count it — that is the single most common correction we get.
