WRESTLINGCOLLEGES.COM

Terms of use

Plain-language terms. By using the site, subscribing, or buying anything here you agree to them. Last updated 2026-08-17.

1. Who we are, and who we are not

WrestlingColleges.com ("the site", "we") is an independent directory of NCAA Division II and Division III men's wrestling programs, published by an individual in the United States. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, any athletic conference, any college or university, or any coach listed. "NCAA", "Division II", "Division III" and school and conference names are used only to identify the programs they refer to; all trademarks belong to their owners.

2. What the site is for

The site helps families and athletes research programs: official links, coach contacts as published by schools, recruiting-form links, school facts, results, roster depth, and our labelled assessments. It is information and opinion, not advice. Recruiting, admissions and financial-aid decisions are yours; confirm every detail with the school before acting on it. Nothing here guarantees a roster spot, admission, a scholarship, or the accuracy of a third party's page.

3. Accuracy, sources and corrections

Every data page shows a verified on date and its sources; official sources beat secondary ones and empty beats guessed (see Methodology). Facts change — coaches move, rosters turn over — and we cannot promise a page is current at the moment you read it. If something is wrong, use the correction form; valid corrections are applied and logged on /changes.

4. Free content and personal use

You may read, print, and share links to any free page. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the directory wholesale, scrape it programmatically at a rate a person couldn't browse at, republish our tables or assessments, or use the site to build a competing dataset or to send unsolicited bulk email to the coaches listed. Coach contact details are shown so families can reach programs; harvesting them is prohibited.

5. Workbooks (one-time purchases)

Conference workbooks are licensed, not sold: one purchase covers one family/household (or one wrestler's coaches and advisors) for personal recruiting use. Don't resell, redistribute, or post them. Editions are dated; buying one edition doesn't entitle you to future editions unless we say so at purchase. Refunds: see the refund policy.

6. Recruit Pass (subscription)

7. Accounts

Accounts use one-time email sign-in links — there are no passwords. Keep control of the email address on your account; anyone with access to it can sign in. You must be 18 or older (or a parent/guardian acting for a student) to hold an account or make a purchase. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, abuse of the correction form, or payment fraud.

8. Corrections, claims and things you send us

By submitting a correction, claim, or message you confirm it's true to your knowledge and give us permission to use it to update the site and to contact you about it. Claims to a program page are verified against the official staff page (or an athletics-office note) before a verified badge or correction rights are granted; a claim gives no editorial control over facts, sources, or assessments.

9. Third-party sites

We link to hundreds of official school, conference and federal pages, plus Stripe, Buttondown and Google services. We don't control them; their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $25 if you paid nothing), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including any recruiting, admissions or aid outcome. Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limits; then they apply to the extent permitted.

11. Changes and termination

We can change these terms; the date above will move and material changes will be announced in the newsletter. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We can discontinue features or the site itself; if we shut down Recruit Pass we'll refund the unused portion of annual subscriptions.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; courts located in Tennessee have jurisdiction over any dispute that can't be resolved by talking. Talk to us first — most problems are a refund or a data fix away: legal@wrestlingcolleges.com.
