What every workbook includes

• A tab per school — one screen per program, in the same layout every time, so two schools compare line by line.
• Coach & contact — head coach, the official email where the school publishes one, and the recruiting questionnaire link.
• Real cost — federal average net price and cost of attendance next to admission rate and enrolment, not sticker price alone.
• Roster depth by weight — how many wrestlers each program lists at each of the ten weights, from the published roster.
• Five-year results — conference finishes, NCAA qualifiers and All-Americans where the conference publishes them.
• A visit plan — the questions to ask that program, prefilled, so a call has an agenda.
• Sources — every figure carries the official page it came from and the date it was read.

Questions before you buy

Will it open in what I have?

It's a standard .xlsx. Excel 2016 and later, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice all open it. No macros, so nothing to enable and nothing to trust.

Is it a subscription?

No — one payment, the file is yours. It's the 2026–27 edition, dated on the card. We rebuild editions each July after the annual verification pass; a new edition is a new purchase, and we'll never auto-charge you.

What if something in it changes after I buy?

Coaches move and rosters turn over — that's the nature of it. Corrections we apply between editions show on the card's "corrections applied" date, and the free changelog logs every change we make with its source. If you want the current picture continuously rather than a snapshot, that's what Recruit Pass is for.

A workbook is a snapshot you own; the Pass is the live view. Buying one doesn't require the other, and the free directory covers every program either way.

Can my whole family use it?

Yes — one household. Open it on as many of your own devices as you like, and share it with your wrestler and their other parent. Please don't redistribute it to a team, a club or a forum.

Can I see one first?

Every fact in a workbook is drawn from the same sourced data on the free program pages — open any program page to see the exact figures, dates and source links a tab is built from. If it isn't what you expected, the refund below is unconditional for 14 days.

What if I buy the wrong conference?

Email us and we'll swap it or refund it — that's a mistake, not a return.
