Notable: Won the 2026 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship at Kentucky Wesleyan with 161 points to Tiffin's 149 and Findlay's 140 - the Eagles' third straight G-MAC title and fifth in six years; individual G-MAC champions Hayden Kuhn (149), Peyton Lemon (197) and Wyatt Bailey (285). Fifth of 12 teams at NCAA Super Region III with 103 points (behind Glenville State 142, Grand Valley State 140.5, Tiffin 119, West Liberty 118.5) and five national qualifiers: Fletcher Rose (184) and Peyton Lemon (197) as regional runners-up, plus Hayden Kuhn (149), Nate Barrett (165) and Sevriano Garza (174) via third-place matches. In 2025 Ashland won the G-MAC title for the fourth time in five years with 159.5 points, three champions and 17 placers, 35.5 ahead of Tiffin, then tied for 2nd of 12 at Super Regionals and sent eight to nationals. Ashland has won five G-MAC wrestling titles; no other league program has won more than one.
