Owen Cline placed 5th at 157 pounds at the 2026 NCAA Division II Championships, his second straight All-America honor. In 2024-25 the Mavericks went 9-2, finished 2nd at the RMAC Championships with 115.5 points, sent five wrestlers to nationals and produced three All-Americans, placing T-17th as a team. The 2025-26 duals included a 34-9 win over CSU Pueblo and a 24-13 win over New Mexico Highlands, with losses to ranked RMAC opponents Adams State (#16), Colorado School of Mines (#22), Chadron State (#17) and Western Colorado.
