Back-to-back shares of the RMAC title: in 2025-26 Mines clinched with a 42-3 win over CSU Pueblo and split the crown with Adams State (both 5-1); in 2024-25 Mines beat #25 Colorado Mesa to take a share of the RMAC crown. Mines hosted the 2026 NCAA Super Region VI Championships for the first time since 2017 and placed 4th with 95.5 points — its best regional finish since 2022 and a two-spot improvement over 2025 (Nebraska-Kearney won with 142, Adams State 124, Chadron State 100). At the 2026 NCAA Division II Championships in Sioux Falls the team placed 18th with 14 points. Five Orediggers were named NWCA Scholar All-America in April 2026.
