Notable: Findlay finished 3rd of 7 teams at the 2026 G-MAC Championship at Brescia (Ashland won with 161 points, Tiffin second with 149) and crowned two individual conference champions: Nate Knowlton at 133 and Ashton Anderson at 141, with Billy Smith (125) and Micah Cottrell (149) runners-up. The Roughnecks were runners-up at the 2026 Virginia Duals, beating Apprentice School 48-6, #11 Kutztown 29-16 and Newberry 22-21 before losing the championship dual to #10 Glenville State 25-20. Findlay hosted the 2026 NCAA Division II Super Region III tournament (12 teams, close to 100 wrestlers) at the Koehler Fitness and Recreation Center on Feb. 28. In 2024-25 the team went 4-7 and placed 4th of 6 at the G-MAC Championship.
