At the Virginia Duals the Wolves beat Muhlenberg 37-9, Minnesota State Moorhead 24-14 and Frostburg State 30-17 and lost 21-22 to Findlay. They placed 28th of 46 teams at the Midwest Classic. Newberry hosts its own Newberry Open and a Scarlet vs. Gray intrasquad in Eleazer Arena. The 2026 NCAA Super Region II Championships were held Feb. 28 at Greenwood, S.C.
