Notable: Parkside is a national-title contender. In 2026 the Rangers finished national runner-up (78 points to Nebraska Kearney's 83), their best ever, beating a 2018 third-place finish; won the Super Region V team title for the first time since 2016 and sent seven to nationals; placed 3rd at the NWCA National Duals in the UNI Dome, a program best; and won the 47-team Midwest Classic in Indianapolis (they also won it in 2024-25 over 43 teams). Twelve Parkside wrestlers earned Scholar All-American honors on April 3, 2026, with the team finishing top 10 academically. 2025-26 wins included ranked scalps over #13 McKendree (29-13), #12 Grand Valley State (18-15), #6 Lander (30-6) and #12 Mary (22-16); the four losses were to #2 Nebraska Kearney (6-28), Minnesota State Mankato (20-22), #11 Augustana (17-19) and #13 St. Cloud State (15-25). Parkside does not sponsor women's wrestling.
