Suggested first step
Submit the W&J Wrestling Recruiting Questionnaire (frform=2), then email head coach Sonnie Blanco at sblanco@washjeff.edu or call 724-250-3305 with your weight class. 184 is the only weight on the published 2026-27 roster carrying fewer than three wrestlers, and both wrestlers there are underclassmen, so ask directly where the staff sees an opening.

  1. 184 is the only weight on the published roster with two wrestlers and Jack Viti won the PAC title there as a freshman — is there a realistic path for an incoming 184, or would you steer me elsewhere?
  2. W&J won the PAC team title in 2024-25 and finished third in 2025-26 with two individual champions; what changed between those two seasons and what is the target for 2026-27?
