Suggested first step
Email head coach Blaze Shade directly at rbshade@king.edu (423-652-6031) with your weight class, season record, video and graduation year - there is no online wrestling questionnaire, so the coach's inbox is the front door. Ask about 174 and 197, where the 2025-26 roster listed one senior each.

2 crowded weights · 2 lighter weights on the 2025-26 roster (29 listed) · Wrestling competitiveness: Strong

Counted from the 2025-26 roster. We recount when King's 2026-27 roster goes up, and the change log shows it.

  1. King was 2nd of 12 at Super Region II, the best in school history - what's the plan to close the gap on Lander, who beat you 38-6 in the dual?
  2. Four of ten weights qualified for nationals in 2026 and one All-American came out of it - what does the postseason training block look like for someone trying to qualify as a freshman?
