2025-26: 7th at the NCAA Division II Super Region VI Championships (hosted by Colorado School of Mines), with wins over CSU Pueblo 33-13, New Mexico Highlands 32-10, Chadron State 20-18 and Colorado Mesa 26-18, and losses to Mines 12-27, Adams State 3-34 and No. 2 Nebraska-Kearney 3-43. 2024-25: hosted the Super Region VI tournament in Gunnison and placed 3rd, then finished 26th at the national championships in Indianapolis; notable wins included 40-6 over CSU Pueblo and 29-16 at ranked Colorado Mesa. Four Mountaineers earned NWCA Scholar All-American honors in April 2026.
