Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference — men's wrestling (7)

The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) is an all-sports Division II league, and all 7 of its listed wrestling programs are in Pennsylvania. They span the state west to east: Gannon in Erie, Pitt-Johnstown in Johnstown and Seton Hill in Greensburg cover the west; Shippensburg and Millersville sit in the south-central corridor; Kutztown is in the Lehigh Valley area; and East Stroudsburg is in the Poconos in the northeast. Every member wrestles in the PSAC as its primary conference, so there are no affiliate-only teams to keep straight.

Five of the seven are public universities (East Stroudsburg, Kutztown, Millersville, Shippensburg and Pitt-Johnstown); Gannon and Seton Hill are private. Undergraduate enrollment ranges from about 1,500 at Seton Hill to about 6,200 at Kutztown. Federal average net price (College Scorecard, 2026 release) is fairly tight for a seven-school league: from about $18,100 at East Stroudsburg and $18,200 at Pitt-Johnstown to about $23,700 at Shippensburg, with the two privates in the low $22,000s after aid. Admission rates run from about 74 percent at Gannon to about 95 percent at Pitt-Johnstown.

For first contact, 6 of the 7 programs publish a wrestling recruiting form; East Stroudsburg and Shippensburg are the two without one in our records, so email those coaches directly. East Stroudsburg, Gannon and Pitt-Johnstown also list women's wrestling. As Division II programs, PSAC schools can offer partial athletic aid; read D2 wrestling scholarships explained, then use /compare to weigh in-state public pricing against the private options.
